Hioko mushrooms also known as shiitake mushrooms. Umbrella-shaped mushrooms dark brown circular with a diameter of about 5-6 cm. Fresh and dry just as good. If buying fresh, choose a whole umbrella mushrooms and brown color evenly. As for the dry, choose a good shape, and dry surface thoroughly, no part of the hardened or damaged. Soak in hot water for a few moments to expand and drained and squeezed dry. Mushrooms are ready processed.

Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs
250 ml fresh milk
75 g sugar
½ tsp vanilla powder

4 slices sweet bread / 2 cm thick fresh
Complement:
4 tablespoons strawberry jam, heat
4 pieces of sausage beef / chicken
How to make:
* Beat eggs until frothy.
