    All your recipes are great, and sooo easy. How can you vary this recipe to make gur paras?? I love jaggery and would love to make sweets out of jaggery. Any suggestions???

    Hi manjula, we used to call this shankar pali as we were kids!!!!! Thank you for this recipe…

    Namaste! Thanks for your great recipe. We also have a sweat in Turkey called Sheker Pare. It’s similar to this, but you make bowls out of the dough. Wonder how Shakkar Pare become Sheker Pare in Turkey ;)
