Mushroom Chicken Porridge 0

Chicken cooked with porridge to make sense of this porridge was tasty good. Mushroom gives a fresh crunchy texture. The more delicious warm bribed with extra boiled egg.

ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
20 g onion, chopped
100 g chicken meat, cut into small
100 g rice, washed, drained
750 ml of water
1 bay leaves
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
150 g mushroom, sliced roughly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Topping:
Boil eggs
Fried onion
Green cabbage, cut into pieces, boiled

How to make:

* Saute garlic and onion until tender.
* Add chicken, stirring until stiff.
* Add the rice, stir to mix.
* Pour the water, put bay leaves, pepper and salt.
* Cook until the rice were destroyed and thick.
* Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook until the mushrooms wilt.
* Remove, serve hot with the Sprinkles.
