Soft colors and sweet taste. Smooth texture mousse with a sweet taste of fresh peaches. Fits into a special dessert.

Ingredients:
250 g of canned peaches, drained, cut into pieces
100 ml of water peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 g sugar
30 g gelatin powder
250 ml whipping cream / fresh cream
Decoration:
Whipped Cream
Peach slices

How to make:
• Add peaches and water in a blender bowl.
• Process until smooth. Pour into pan.
• Mix with lemon juice and sugar, cook until boiling. Lift.
• Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tablespoons hot water. Stir until clear.
• Mix with soft peaches, mix well.
• Store in refrigerator until slightly thick.
• Beat the cream until thick, stirring with a peach mixture until blended.
• Pour into serving glasses. Store in refrigerator until cold.
• Set Decoration. Serve.
