Do you have recipes which provide protein? I will try some of the easy rice recipes.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve tried this 3 times already and it never turns out like yours. I need that pot that you have so that it doesn&#039;t stick. I use a stainless steel one. I have fried the spices then added the rice and water and covered and cooked it. It was delicious this way too. I will keep trying.

What type of pot it that. It&#039;s not tefelone is it? Thank you!</description>
