You’ll find this is the best recipe for guacamole on YouTube! Guacamole 3 ripe avocados, peeled 1 ripe roma tomato, chopped Small bunch cilantro leaves, chopped 4 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon sliced jalapenos 1 fresh lime, juice only 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) In a bowl, mix together avocado pulp and the rest of the ingredients. MY guac is just about the same, but I add garlic salt, and tapatio … and a dollop of sour cream to make it creamy… I like my avacado’s mashed more … great job!

If you put a real and fresh jalapeno, instead the jalapeno in vinegar like you did, is gonna taste way too much better. : )
