Ingredients:
• 1 package egg noodles
• has 250 grams of meat, boiled until slightly soft, thinly sliced
• 2 bunches mustard greens, cut into pieces
• 10 beef meatball
• 500 ml beef broth
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
• 4 tbsp oil for sauteing
• 1 leek, thinly sliced, for topping
• Fried Onion, for topping
How to make:
1. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant
2. Insert meat is sliced thin and 200 ml broth
3. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar, mix well
4. Cook meat until the water rather meniris but still somewhat thick berkuah, set aside
5. Boil remaining broth with meatballs and spring greens, mustard greens to mature and expand meatballs, set aside
6. Boil noodles until cooked, set aside
7. Enter the noodles in a container, flush with a little water broth, add the meatballs and spring greens, beef teriyaki and a little broth, and sprinkle with spring onion and fried onions
