Steak Salmon Apple Salad 0

Delicious and special foods you can still do even though you’re fat diet. Salmon which contains omega 3 mild flavored and served with a sweet apple salad and fresh

Ingredients:
2 pieces of salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
Marinade, mix together:
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ tsp black pepper bruise
Apple Salad:
300 g apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raisins
Sauce, mix together:
2 tablespoons bottled mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice / lime
½ tsp pepper powder

How to make:
• Apply salmon with marinade until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
• Heat the oil, cook the salmon until cooked on both sides. Lift.
• Apple Salad: Toss apples, raisins and sauce until blended.
• Serve salmon with apple salad.
