For those busy and do not have much time to prepare breakfast, smoothies Make this one. Banana, strawberry oatmeal plus an additional calories will give until noon.
Ingredients:
Ambon 2 bananas, peeled, cut into pieces
150 g fresh strawberries, cleaned
250 ml soy milk / low fat milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oatmeal
How to make:
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl
Process until smooth.
2 Pour into serving glasses.
Serve immediately.
